With the COVID-19 pandemic spreading throughout the world, the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and families is our utmost concern. Rest assured that Teed Saunders Doyle has taken a number of precautionary measures and has designed a response plan in accordance with Health Canada’s guidance to help mitigate the risks from COVID-19.

Effective the end of day on March 17, 2020, TSD offices will be closed to the general public, including our valued clients. While the risk to Atlantic Canadians remains low, we want to do our part to ensure that we are doing our best to mitigate risk in this challenging time.

We have implemented a secure remote work policy that allows our team to provide our clients with uninterrupted service. We are well equipped with secure systems and infrastructure in place as we continue to work on your behalf throughout these unprecedented times. Our staff will continue to be available by telephone and email to contact at any time. Despite these operational changes, we remain committed to delivering the services you have come to know and trust.

If you need to deliver documents, please note that at our Fredericton office, we have a mail drop box located at the back door, and in our Saint John office, please ring the doorbell located at the front entrance. These areas will be monitored throughout the day by our administration team and delivered to the appropriate resource.

Alternatively, our secure client portal is available to share your documents, records and other information electronically. Please contact your Partner or TSD staff member for further details to access this portal.
